Kindness does not cost anything, but it can make the greatest difference in the world. Max does his best to treat every individual as if they are a loved one. With genuine care, interest, and a warm smile, kindness can make everyone’s day just that much better.

Confidence is not arrogance, and arrogance is not confidence. In all of my actions, Max does his best to have pride in his work because it is done to the best of his ability. At the same time, Max recognizes that there is more at stake than just him, so he does his best to recognize all stakeholders in his actions.

In a world that features a plethora of perspectives, Max finds it imperative to be a sponge in absorbing as many viewpoints on issues and approaches to problems as possible. Just because he may have one solution, Max recognizes that there is likely another perspective in which he could learn from in order to improve his idea, product, or analysis.
