Max is one who is fully invested in the team’s success

Max would rather see the success of his team before the success of himself. He firmly believes that if the team does not succeed, individual accomplishments are worthless.

“There has never been a time that Max has not accepted responsibility for anything he has called his own. If he makes a mistake, he corrects it. If you need someone to handle a special project, Max jumps in and takes care of it without a question! In this day and age, of young people having a sense of entitlement, Max is a throw-back to a time when a young person works hard and makes their way through the ranks.”
